Gunter ISD's annual homecoming tailgate and community pep rally takes place on Wednesday, October 21, during Homecoming Week. The district describes the tailgate as a community favorite, with local vendors and organizations traditionally serving food, drinks, and treats at no charge, followed by a pep rally at Tiger Field. Past years have included performances and a fireworks show. The district has not published a 2026 start time or schedule, so time and format details are pending.

Details come from the organizer and can change. Please check with them before you go.
