Gunter, Texas — Gas prices in the Sherman-Denison area averaged $3.4950 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 15, 2026, according to AAA, up from $3.3010 yesterday. That is up from $3.2050 a week ago but higher than $3.2970 a month ago.
The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.4840, while the national average is $3.8900. Drivers in the Sherman-Denison area are paying above the state average and below the national average.
